About The Position

Seeking an experienced RN to join our Pediatric Kidney Transplant Program caring for kids after kidney transplant! The Clinical Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting. Strong organizational skills are essential for this role, as the Clinical Nurse is responsible for independently managing a dynamic daily schedule and coordinating care for multiple pediatric transplant patients across both inpatient and outpatient settings. The position requires advanced clinical judgment and case management skills, particularly in caring for children and adolescents with kidney failure, hypertension, urologic conditions, and other transplant-related disorders. The Clinical Nurse must also have expert knowledge of immunosuppressive therapies, including the ability to recognize and manage adverse effects and potential drug interactions.
