We are seeking Experienced RNs for our 39 bed inpatient Hematology/Oncology Unit (4 Oncology) This position is eligible for up to $10,000 in relocation assistance (based on location) and our employee referral program. Full-time, 36 hours/week, 12 hour shifts which will include both dayshift and nightshift and weekend rotation. Self scheduling to meet the needs of the unit and employee. This position offers excellent benefits including health insurance options, retirement plans and a generous PTO package. 4 Oncology cares for solid tumor and hematologic malignancy patients including the management of transfusions, antibiotic therapy, chemotherapy/biotherapy and end of life care. Prior oncology or chemotherapy experience is preferred but not mandatory. We will provide you with the chemotherapy knowledge as well as disease-specific training to provide quality nursing care to this patient population. Summary: Provides competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards. Reporting and accountable to the Nurse Manager/Director, the Clinical Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.
