About The Position

We are seeking experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs) to join multiple units, including Med-Surg, Med-Surg Ortho/Trauma, NICU, and Inpatient Oncology. As a CNC, you will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting unit operations and staff collaboration during your assigned shift.

Requirements

• 2+ years of acute care clinical experience, including leadership or charge responsibilities.
• BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
• RN Diploma or ADN required
• Active RN license in the state of Missouri or Multistate Compact RN license.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to maintain effective patient flow.
• Monitor the quality of care and collaborate with leadership to improve clinical outcomes.
• Provide charge nurse leadership, fostering teamwork and supporting staff through coaching and guidance.
• Assist with staff scheduling, labor management, and daily assignment oversight.
• Support inventory and supply management for unit readiness.
• Participate in staff development, training, and performance feedback.
