About The Position

We are actively seeking Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNC) for a variety of units including Med-Surg, Med-Surg Ortho/Trauma, NICU, and Inpatient Oncology. This leadership role supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing clinical operations during the night shift. As a CNC, you will work closely with the management team to drive performance, ensure patient safety, and support frontline staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience with demonstrated leadership ability
• Registered Nurse Diploma required (BSN preferred)
• Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtained within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers to maintain efficient patient flow
• Assess and improve the quality of patient care in partnership with nursing leadership
• Lead and inspire nursing teams to promote positive outcomes and service excellence
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and labor resource management
• Manage inventory, supplies, and unit operational needs
• Contribute to team development through training and performance input
