Requirements

Active RN license
2+ years of RN experience

Nice To Haves

Home care or supervisory experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
Provide clinical oversight for assistive care state program clients
Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
Supervise, mentor, and support Home Health Aides in the field
Facilitate new hire orientation.
Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Salary range: $90,000 - $95,000 / year
