RN Clinical Manager-Concord Team- VNA Care
About The Position
VNA Care is hiring a RN Clinical Manager for our Concord/Acton Office. Hybrid schedule, required to be on site, in Acton office, 3 days a week. The Clinical Managers will report to the Clinical Director and be responsible for a team of RNs, PTs, OTs, LPNs and administrative support personnel. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists and other clinicians ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and staff development. The Clinical Manager will serve as mentor, problem-solver and leader who inspires clinical excellence and fosters a supportive team culture.
Requirements
- Home care experience.
- 3 years clinical experience
- 1 year of leadership experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation
- Possess required knowledge, skills and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees, ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
- Active Professional License to practice in Massachusetts
- BLS certification
