Clinical Manager – Home Care Division (3x12s: Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Riverside Health System | Where Compassion Meets Leadership Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership and patient-centered care? Riverside Health System is seeking an exceptional Clinical Manager to join our Home Care Division team! This role offers the best of both worlds — the opportunity to lead a skilled team while enjoying a 3x12 schedule (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) that provides full-time benefits with four consecutive days off each week. What You’ll Do Lead with Excellence: Oversee and manage nursing care, ensuring top-tier patient outcomes and maintaining a safe, supportive care environment. Be a Key Decision Maker: Take charge of operations in the absence of the Administrator, Director of Nursing, or agency manager. Drive Quality and Safety: Uphold compliance with RHS policies and national safety goals while investigating incidents, addressing nursing errors, and resolving complaints effectively. Empower and Educate: Train, mentor, and develop staff to align with the latest policies, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate and Communicate: Build strong relationships across a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. Hands-On Impact: Perform supervisory visits, assist in nursing care planning, and deliver care when needed. Optimize Resources: Assess and adjust staffing levels to ensure efficient operations and meet patient needs. Qualifications Education: Required: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Experience: Required: Nursing experience Preferred: Supervisory experience Licenses & Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) – Virginia Department of Health Professions CPR/BLS Certification (AHA/ARC/ASHI) Valid Driver’s License Why Riverside Health System? Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Nursing experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) – Virginia Department of Health Professions
- CPR/BLS Certification (AHA/ARC/ASHI)
- Valid Driver’s License
