Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical best practices.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and clinical management software.
• The Clinical Manager utilizes leadership and interpersonal skills daily to motivate and guide clinical teams toward achieving high standards of patient care.
• Analytical skills are essential for evaluating clinical processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear understanding of goals and expectations.
• Organizational skills are critical for managing multiple priorities, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance activities, to maintain smooth clinical operations.
• Additionally, proficiency with healthcare technology enables the Clinical Manager to oversee accurate documentation and leverage data for informed decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field.
• Current and valid professional license or certification relevant to clinical practice (e.g., RN license).

Responsibilities
