You’ll lead a team of highly skilled clinicians, drive quality and safety outcomes, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and compassion. Requirements

  • Current Montana RN license (or compact license eligible to practice in Montana)
  • BSN required (Master’s preferred in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field)
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • 2+ years of recent Critical Care experience
  • Current RQI Healthcare Provider certification (ACLS preferred/required for ICU)
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, quality improvement, and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Inspire Build and nurture a high-performing ICU team through coaching, mentorship, and professional development
  • Foster a culture grounded in integrity, compassion, service, excellence, and ownership
  • Maintain a strong, visible presence on the unit—supporting staff, patients, and families
  • Drive Clinical Excellence Oversee patient care delivery, staffing, and clinical operations within the ICU
  • Champion quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead performance improvement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning
  • Operational Leadership Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Monitor productivity and support fiscal responsibility
  • Partner across departments to ensure seamless, coordinated care
  • Build a Thriving Culture Promote employee engagement, retention, and growth
  • Partner with HR on hiring, performance management, and team development
  • Encourage open communication, collaboration, and innovation
