You’ll lead a team of highly skilled clinicians, drive quality and safety outcomes, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and compassion. Requirements
- Current Montana RN license (or compact license eligible to practice in Montana)
- BSN required (Master’s preferred in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field)
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- 2+ years of recent Critical Care experience
- Current RQI Healthcare Provider certification (ACLS preferred/required for ICU)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, quality improvement, and regulatory standards

Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire Build and nurture a high-performing ICU team through coaching, mentorship, and professional development
- Foster a culture grounded in integrity, compassion, service, excellence, and ownership
- Maintain a strong, visible presence on the unit—supporting staff, patients, and families
- Drive Clinical Excellence Oversee patient care delivery, staffing, and clinical operations within the ICU
- Champion quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Lead performance improvement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning
- Operational Leadership Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Monitor productivity and support fiscal responsibility
- Partner across departments to ensure seamless, coordinated care
- Build a Thriving Culture Promote employee engagement, retention, and growth
- Partner with HR on hiring, performance management, and team development
- Encourage open communication, collaboration, and innovation
