BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of a Nurse Manager/Home Health RN for our Medicare-certified home health office in Lebanon, MO. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Camden, Dallas, Douglas, Hickory, Laclede, Miller, Morgan, Pulaski, Webster and Wright. This is a full-time in-office position including client visits as necessary within the service area counties. Requirements
- An active Registered Nurse license in MO.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Recent Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation and regulatory compliance.
- Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding.
- Strong people management and leadership experience highly desired.
- Must have current or previous management experience.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Acute, med/surge, and/or sub-acute experience preferred/required.

- HCHB a plus.
- Home Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals.
- Processing incoming referrals.
- Management and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation of field staff
- Documentation review, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
- Monitoring quality assurance and process improvement.
- Managing staff productivity, workflow management and overall case management.
