Requirements
- Strong OASIS experience required
- Home health experience required
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Passion for developing clinicians and advancing patient care
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support home health clinicians in the field
- Provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care
- Review and support OASIS documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
- Serve as a clinical resource for case consultation and problem-solving
- Partner with leadership to improve workflows, quality outcomes, and clinical processes
