Requirements

  • Strong OASIS experience required
  • Home health experience required
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Passion for developing clinicians and advancing patient care

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support home health clinicians in the field
  • Provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care
  • Review and support OASIS documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
  • Serve as a clinical resource for case consultation and problem-solving
  • Partner with leadership to improve workflows, quality outcomes, and clinical processes
