You will also oversee clinical training documentation, ongoing education, and regulatory compliance related to staff competencies. Requirements

Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
Strong communication, teaching, and coaching skills.
Ability to lead by example while supporting staff development and confidence.

Nice To Haves

Experience in assisted living, senior care, home health, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing education to Resident Assistants, with a primary focus on safe and accurate medication administration.
Conduct skills validations and competency assessments to ensure staff are prepared and compliant with state regulations.
Maintain clinical training and competency records for all care staff.
Support onboarding and orientation for new clinical team members.
Reinforce and monitor adherence to clinical policies, medication procedures, and safety standards.
Identify training needs, recommend improvements, and support quality assurance efforts.
Promote a positive, collaborative work environment with an emphasis on teamwork and resident-centered care.
