About The Position

This is a supportive, hands-on leadership role where you’ll help your team grow, provide excellent patient care, and make a difference in both adult and pediatric home health. NurseCore is looking for an RN Clinical Director who enjoys guiding a team, solving problems, and keeping care smooth, safe, and high-quality.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Nevada
• 3 consecutive years as a working RN, including at least 1 year in home health
• Pediatric experience
• G-tube, ventilator, and trach experience
• Management experience within the last 3 years
• Knowledge of home health regulations

Nice To Haves

• IV/infusion skills a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team and be the go-to resource for patient care questions
• Review home care referrals with the office team
• Supervise care plans, assessments, recertifications, and discharge planning
• Resolve patient or family concerns thoughtfully and efficiently
• Provide on-call support alongside other team members
• Conduct quarterly team meetings and clinical reviews to maintain high standards
• Complete home visits for supervision, recertifications, or other needs
• Interview and hire clinical staff
• Model company values and foster a positive, collaborative environment
