About The Position
Assess, organize and synthesize clinical data for the Heart Center in a meaningful and reliable way. Proactively supports efforts to ensure delivery of quality data to support the patient care services of the Heart Center at Cook Children's.
Requirements
- Current Texas State Licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Must be able to successfully pass the Basic Windows Skill Assessment at 80% or higher rating within 30 days of date of hire
- Ability to exercise independent judgment with strong analytical capabilities
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Adept at attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
Nice To Haves
- Experience in pediatric cardiology/critical care preferred
- BSN preferred
- Knowledge of information systems, including excel and access programs preferred
- Advanced Excel skills highly preferred
