Requirements

Current RN license in California (required)
1+ year of nursing experience; home health experience strongly preferred
Associate degree or higher preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage high call volumes professionally
Strong organizational and multitasking skills — you can juggle priorities without dropping the ball
Comfortable with Apple products and proficient in medical scheduling and documentation software
A service-first mindset with genuine warmth toward patients, families, and colleagues

Nice To Haves

BLS certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient care and provide essential administrative support to field clinicians
Track, clarify, and process medical orders, ensuring complete and accurate documentation
Act as the primary liaison between patients, families, and physicians regarding care plans and updates
Input orders and upload documentation into the electronic medical records system
Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new clinical staff
Order and monitor medical supplies to maintain inventory levels and ensure OSHA compliance
Conduct chart audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
Support overall office operations and take on additional responsibilities as needed
