As an RN Clinical Coordinator you will actively support the department director/manager by coordinating clinical and department activities for the unit. You will not serve as a supervisor or manager; instead serve as a clinical nurse and resource to the staff, authorize work procedures and assign duties, shift charge, as well as: The Intensive Care Unit at Holy Cross Hospital - West Valley encompasses a culture of learning, teaching, and collaboration. This department has a 1:2 nurse to patient ratio and 10 beds to care for patients with STEMIs, sepsis, balloon pump, impellas, post cardiac arrest hypothermia, DKAs, GI bleeds as well as medical and surgical ICU and overflow from other inpatient units. We thrive on teamwork and genuinely care about each other's patients. We also welcome students and enjoy being a part of their growth journey.
