About The Position

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to promote positive interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Triage patient phone calls and provide counseling and education to patients.
• Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and quality improvement programs.
• Respond to urgent or emergency situations appropriately.
