Our multidisciplinary team includes top surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, oncology-certified nurses, genetic counselors, and dedicated support staff—all working together to deliver exceptional outcomes for our patients. We offer comprehensive services in Hematology/Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Surgical Oncology. Under the direction of the Manager and or Director, assists in managing the human, physical, and financial resources of the Clinic to deliver optimal quality care to patients in each outpatient setting. Maintains excellent quality in medical assistant and nursing work, clinical supplies and equipment, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborates with the site managers and medical director to maximize clinical efficiency and effectiveness in the service line.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement
• 3-5 years clinical preferred.
• 1-2 years progressive management preferred.
• RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association, required
• Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RNs
