About the Role: As a Gastro Clinic Rn you will be integral to planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care following established protocols and policies. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to ensure patients and families receive exceptional care and education, promoting optimal health and well-being. This role requires adherence to the highest standards of practice as defined by the North Dakota Nurse Practice Act and St. Alexius Medical Center policies.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of North Dakota or a compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• A strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care, preparing patients for visits and documenting thoroughly.
• Safety & Compliance: Uphold strict infection control, medication administration, and safety protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Collaboration: Foster strong relationships within the healthcare team, communicating effectively and participating in problem-solving.
• Education: Educate patients, families, and colleagues on health and wellness topics.
• Flexibility: Work across various clinic areas, providing support and coverage as needed.
