About The Position

A Registered Nurse protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of licensure. This role involves collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum, assessing and supporting physical symptoms, and offering psychological support to patients, friends, and families. The RN also mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains a professional disposition at all times.

Requirements

IL RN License
American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
Ability to regularly and timely travel between various sites

Nice To Haves

BSN
6 months experience as an RN in a healthcare environment
Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency
