About The Position

Must live in or plan to relocate to San Diego or Riverside county for consideration even though this is a remote position
This is a benefited, full time position working 8-hr shifts generally from 11:30am-8pm. Hours will vary based on need and can be anywhere between 7am-8pm. Weekends & holidays are 8am-5pm. This position is remote but training will be onsite at 4S Ranch for ~3-4 weeks.

What you'll do:
The Clinic Access RN is responsible for all aspects of the Nursing Process of telephone triage by assessing the patient’s needs and coordination the appropriate care.
Provide education and information for patient access and ensure appropriate documentation and notes on patient interactions.
The RN will also contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

• ADN or Nursing Diploma
• Current California RN license
• Current BLS from the Association Healthcare Provider

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) or more years of RN experience in an acute care setting or Urgent Care, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
• Prefer one or more years of experience in telephone triage.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient population.
• Knowledge of Epic.
• BSN.
• ER, ICU, Triage experience.
