About The Position

Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Charge Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful and active Assisted Living (Aurora on France) building in Edina, MN!

Nursing schedule includes;
16 hours per two weeks
Day shift
Every other weekend
Aurora on France is a new, innovative senior living community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Requirements

• Current MN RN license or by start date
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS)

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
• Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers
• Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population

Responsibilities

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
