Requirements
- Active RN license (state -specific)
- PACU or perianesthesia nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred
- Prior charge or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide charge nurse oversight for PACU/perianesthesia operations
- Coordinate patient flow, staffing, and daily assignments
- Deliver and oversee post -anesthesia nursing care and recovery
- Monitor patient status and respond to post -anesthesia complications
- Serve as a clinical resource and support to nursing staff
