Requirements

• Diploma/Associates Degree in Nursing.
• Florida Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• Leadership skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Nice To Haves

• Attendance at hospital training programs including New Manager/Supervisor orientation and Leadership Development courses.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to facilitate patient care.
• Makes nursing assessments and diagnoses.
• Formulates care plans based on the diagnosis.
• Implements and evaluates the plan of care.
