About The Position
Jones is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) for our Skilled Nursing Community (Transitional Care units, Long Term Care) in Minneapolis, Minnesota! This role leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care. This position must demonstrate sound management skills through problem solving and decision making. They are responsible to supervise in compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as Ebenezer Standards and policies. Team includes a Director of Nursing, Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Social Worker, and more.
