Assessment Planning Implementation Evaluation Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients. Identifies changes in patient's condition and inter-venes appropriately.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a minimum or 6 months to one (1) year of work experience
• Registered Nurse: CA
• Basic Life Support - CPR BLS
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 6 of employment

Nice To Haves

• One to two years critical care experience
• Critical RN Adult/Neonatal/Pediatric/Acute (CCRN)
• Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (TCRN)
• Certified Neuroscience RN (CNRN)
• Certified Stroke Registered Nurse (SCRN)
