Join BSWH Waxahachie Texas Heart Hospital as a Cath Lab RN and be part of something better! The Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed professional who uses the BSWH nursing model to coordinate patient care. The RN assesses the patient and identifies nursing diagnoses, develops and implements an individualized care plan, and evaluates the patient's response. The RN promotes safe passage for patients by using knowledge of patient needs and helps patients transition through healthcare without preventable complications or delays. The RN delegates interventions to healthcare personnel based on the Texas Nursing Practice Act, considering each patient's condition and the employee's competencies.
