This is an excellent opportunity to facilitate interdisciplinary plans of care as you guide patient progress toward achieving clinical, quality and cost-effective outcomes. About Auburn Medical Center MultiCare Auburn Medical Center, serving South King County since 1921, is a 195-bed hospital with 58 behavioral health beds, a Family Birth Center, Level II NICU, Level III Trauma Center, MultiCare Regional Heart & Vascular Center, and advanced surgical services including robotic-assisted procedures. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement
• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
• Three (3) years of recent clinical experience in specialty area

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred

Responsibilities

• You will mobilize resources and manage the system in response to patient needs
• You will act as an expert clinical practitioner and participate in the development and evaluation of clinical guidelines and standards of care
• You will apply your specialized knowledge to the activities of administration, supervision, and evaluation of nursing practice
• You will utilize critical thinking skills and independent decision-making regarding patient care and the collection and analysis of data
• Collaborate with patients, families, health care providers, payors and management
• Commit to achieving safe, reliable and effective health care excellence
