RN Case Manager
About The Position
We seek a skilled, caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team to oversee medical care; maintain electronic medical records; provide phone and in-person nursing triage; advocate on behalf of individuals regarding medical appointments and other clinical functions and support our direct care staff. This position is a mix of hands-on nursing care and administrative tasks. Full-time position, working days Monday - Friday, with some flexibility in hours and limited remote work available. Local travel required with mileage reimbursement provided. Greystone Programs provides a variety of supports and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings. Our RNs enjoy long-term relationships with the people we support and serve a critical role in supporting them to achieve the best health possible. Positions located in Dutchess, Orange and Ulster Counties, NY. Retention bonus paid after 6 months of successful employment.
Requirements
- Valid NYS Registered Nurse and driver's license required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous nursing experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required.
