The RN Case Manager plans, organizes and coordinates the nursing process to provide excellent care to residents based on The Waters Way of service, presence and partnership. The RN Case Manager serves as a key point of contact for team members, residents, resident representatives and providers. The RN Case Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, utilizing courtesy, dignity, and respect.
