About The Position
This is a part-time, out-patient Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager position in the San Antonio area. The role requires an independent and experienced RN who will be an integral part of the interdisciplinary care team. The RN Case Manager is responsible for admitting and coordinating appropriate care for each patient and family.
Requirements
- State of Texas RN license
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to travel
- Must have reliable transportation
- Clean background
- Clean drug screen
- Clean driving record
