We are currently seeking a PRN/Part-Time RN Case Manager to serve our Legacy Village community in Xenia, OH. Requirements
- Current and active RN license
- 1-2 years of HH experience-required
- OASIS knowledge-required
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
