We’re expanding our team of RN Case Managers to meet the growing needs of our department. As an RN Case Manager at MultiCare, you’ll be a vital part of the multidisciplinary team—mobilizing resources, advocating for patients, and coordinating care plans that support safe and effective transitions. In this role, you’ll act as an expert clinical resource, using your nursing background to evaluate and guide care decisions, participate in the development of clinical standards, and collaborate closely with physicians, social workers, patients, families, and payors. You’ll bring strong assessment skills, the ability to navigate complex discharge planning, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We’re looking for compassionate, confident RNs who are comfortable in fast-paced environments, passionate about care coordination, and skilled in making independent decisions to improve outcomes. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement
Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
Current BLS/ACLS Certification
Three (3) years of recent clinical experience in specialty area

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred

Responsibilities
