Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license able to practice in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of one year of experience as an RN in home care.
• BLS-certified and proficient in safety and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments, uncovering the unique needs of each client.
• Create personalized care plans that help people live their best lives.
• Help clients achieve their goals, whether that's safely managing their medications or simply staying independent at home.
