This office provides best in class care to clients throughout Wyomissing, PA and surrounding areas. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our Pediatric/Adult clients and conduct assessments in Wyomissing, PA and other surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise LPN's, RN's, and home health aides (HHA) staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
