About The Position

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time RN Case Manager - Weeknights On-Call position in the Clear Lake area. Job Description: The Registered Nurse On-Call nights position includes the following job duties: Admissions, Discharges, and Pronouncements. Assisting the Triage Nurse and some assessments are required. This position is an on-call night position with the following work hours: Monday - Thursday; from 5:00pm - 8:00am.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the State of Texas - required
• Clean background, drug screen, and driving record

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years' experience as a RN - preferred
• Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication
• The ability to travel using reliable transportation
