Home Health and Hospice RN Case Manager - Full-Time | Omaha, NE Aegis Healthcare is expanding our Home Health and Hospice Nursing Team and is looking for a compassionate and experienced Hospice RN Case Manager who is dedicated to making healthcare better for everyone. Your Role as a Hospice RN Case Manager As an RN Case Manager , you will play a critical role in providing exceptional home health and hospice care .

Requirements

Current RN License in Nebraska
Ability to assist with patient transfers using full range of movement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
Proof of Auto Insurance and Registration
Current CPR Certification (we can help obtain)
Negative TB Test (we can provide testing)
HEP B Record

Responsibilities
