About The Position

The position requires a nursing professional who will utilize a multi-disciplinary plan of care to manage a defined population of patients/clients. The role involves providing coordination of patient care that meets Infirmary Health's standards of quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Working knowledge of acute care, rehabilitation, or home care
• Current Alabama RN license or Current Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama
• For specific areas, CRRN (Certified Rehabilitation RN) is required (or eligibility)

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• Master's degree in a clinical specialty desirable
• Some background in management, clinical education or case management
• National certification applicable to area of clinical practice
