Christian Hospital is looking for a full-time RN Case Manager. This position will be onsite and located at the intersection of 270 and Highway 367. The working hours are Monday to Friday, generally from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with minimal Saturday requirements and a quarterly holiday rotation. Christian Hospital has been serving St. Louis and the surrounding metro areas since 1903 and is recognized for its clinical excellence. The Case Management Department provides services through a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates options and services to meet an individual's needs. This role is responsible for all acute care inpatients and emergency department patients where needs have been identified, as well as community individuals who request assistance.
