As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide advice and support to the Residents and their families. Your role will involve monitoring Residents and administering medication and treatments. You will document Resident care services by charting in Resident and department records, and protect both Residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. You will resolve Resident problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies and assure quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies and standards of care. Additionally, you will maintain Resident confidence by keeping information confidential.
