Requirements

Passion for our mission of comprehensive patient wellness
Current unrestricted Oregon RN license
ADN accepted, BSN preferred
Two years of experience in an acute care or ambulatory care setting within the last eight years is preferred

Nice To Haves

Epic electronic medical record experience preferred
Spanish language proficiency is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Working closely with the primary care team, providing clinical care interventions to patients of all ages
