About The Position
The RN Care Manager (Float) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages, focusing on assessment, care planning, and implementation of health care strategies. This role involves collaboration with healthcare teams to manage patient panels, ensure quality care, and promote health outcomes through established clinical guidelines. The RN will also participate in the development of nursing policies and quality assurance standards, while providing education and support to patients and their families.
