Requirements

Active, unrestricted RN license in Tennessee required
Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents
Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy
Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

At least 6 months’ experience working in long-term care setting preferred

Responsibilities

As an RN, supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift
Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.
Provides direct care as necessary and complete nursing rounds
