About The Position
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate care for patients with chronic conditions in our clinic setting. You’ll help track gaps in care, arrange follow-ups, support patient education, and collaborate with primary and specialty providers to improve health outcomes. We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971.
Requirements
- Active California RN License
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- 3+ years in acute care, urgent care, or outpatient/family practice
- Strong EMR skills + ability to organize, triage, and communicate clearly
