Utilizes standards, guidelines, protocols, or pathways for care delivery. Incorporates data and information to continuously improve care and practice to enhance outcomes. Administers Medications according to standard nursing practice. Ensures improvements in practice settings by assuming responsibility for self-development.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Nursing
- ACLS within 90 days of DOH/Transfer.
- BLS obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Registered Nursing License
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of Critical Care Experience preferred
- CCRN within 2 years of DOH or transfer.
- Certification in clinical area of expertise.
- Cardiac Surgery Certification after obtaining CCRN
