RN - Cardiovascular (CSU) Registered Nurse
About The Position
Position Title: RN, Weekend Department: Progressive Care Stepdown Unit Shift: 1st shift Hours: 7am-7:30pm Status: .9 (36 hours a week) Purpose: Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for inpatient adolescent through aging adult cardiovascular patients. Key accountabilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice; adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA; and active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree Field Of Study: Nursing
- Basic Life Support
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- Registered Nurse in Iowa
- Registered Nurse in Illinois within 1 year
- No experience required.
