There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.

Join Baylor Heart & Vascular Hospital (BHVH) Dallas as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac ICU and be part of something better! This position is focused on providing exceptional care to patients in a specialized cardiac environment. The patient population includes those recovering from cardiology interventions, vascular surgeries, and advanced heart failure. The unit operates as a Cardiac Universal Bed (CUB), meaning that nurses will care for both Cardiac ICU and Cardiac Telemetry patients. It is essential for all nurses on the unit to be comfortable and proficient in managing both types of patients, as the unit does not handle open heart surgeries, CABG, or ECMO procedures. The role requires a commitment to high-quality patient care, with a focus on critical thinking and clinical skills. Nurses will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The position involves working night shifts, specifically from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends. The patient-to-nurse ratios are 1:2 for ICU patients and 1:4 for telemetry patients, ensuring that nurses can provide attentive and personalized care to each patient.
