About The Position
The Staff Pad is seeking Registered Nurses to join a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit within a leading healthcare system. This is a fast-paced, step-down unit caring for cardiac and complex medical patients, including post-op open heart, CHF, and vascular cases. You’ll gain experience with chest tubes, central lines, and multiple drips—making this a great opportunity to grow your clinical skillset. Requirements
- Active RN license
- BLS & ACLS required
- Open to new grads and experienced RNs.
