About The Position

Requirements

• Active Florida or Compact RN license.
• 1+ year recent acute care Med-Surg/Telemetry RN experience.
• BLS and ACLS (AHA).
• NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of hire.
• ADN minimum.

Nice To Haves

• BSN.
• 2+ years’ experience in cardiac or neuro telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to cardiac and neuro telemetry patients.
• Monitor EKG rhythms, recognize changes, and escalate appropriately.
• Provide post-cardiac event care including CABG and MI recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery.
