As an RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab, you will provide care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterizations (also called cardiac cath or coronary angiogram). This is an invasive imaging procedure that evaluates heart function by inserting a catheter into a blood vessel in the arm or groin and then into the coronary arteries. An RN in this role should be familiar with complex medical histories, innovative surgical procedures, pain modalities, and comprehensive nutritional support. You will have a direct impact on patient care and be the one to shape the patient's experience, while being a part of an elite healthcare organization. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
One year of current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting OR licensed military RN experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Criss
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or ALS through the American Red Cross upon hire or within one year of employment
